These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of dualdestinypublishing.com and any purchase made through it, operated by Dual Destiny Publishing, LLC ("we," "our," or "us"). By using this site or purchasing from it, you agree to these Terms.

Digital Products & Licensing

All titles sold on this site are digital products delivered instantly upon purchase. Depending on the edition purchased, your license to use the material is limited as follows:

• Reader Edition: Licensed for personal, non-commercial use by the individual purchaser only. May not be copied, distributed, resold, or shared.
• Educator Edition: Licensed for use by a single educator within a single classroom. Includes permission to reproduce included worksheets and discussion materials for that educator's students only. May not be shared with other educators or reproduced for school-wide or district-wide use.
• School & District Licensing: Usage terms are defined individually in a separate licensing agreement provided at the time of purchase, based on the number of educators, students, or locations covered.

Purchasing a lower-tier edition does not grant the usage rights of a higher tier. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution beyond the scope of your license is a violation of these Terms and applicable copyright law.

Purchases & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Payment is processed securely through our third-party payment processor at the time of purchase. Digital products are delivered electronically immediately after successful payment.

Refund Policy

Because our products are delivered digitally and are accessible immediately upon purchase, all sales are final and non-refundable except where required by law, or at our sole discretion in cases of a confirmed technical error preventing delivery.

Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including but not limited to text, titles, cover art, and branding, is the property of Dual Destiny Publishing, LLC and its author(s), and is protected by copyright law. Purchasing a digital edition grants you a license to use that content as described above — it does not transfer ownership or copyright to you.

Border Grace and other titles published by Dual Destiny Publishing are works of fiction. Any resemblance to real persons, places, or events is coincidental unless otherwise stated.

Limitation of Liability

Our products and site are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dual Destiny Publishing, LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or its content.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
