Classroom Use License Agreement

1. Grant of License

Upon purchase of the Educator Edition, Dual Destiny Publishing, LLC grants the purchasing educator or institution a nonexclusive, nontransferable license to use the included materials for classroom instruction only.

2. Permitted Uses

The educator or institution may:

• Display the materials to students in a physical or virtual classroom
• Print copies for students enrolled in the educator's own classes
• Upload the materials to a password-protected LMS (Google Classroom, Canvas, Schoology, etc.)
• Use the materials for in-class discussion, assignments, or assessments

3. Prohibited Uses

This license does not permit:

• Sharing materials with other teachers, departments, or campuses
• Uploading materials to any publicly accessible website
• Redistributing, reselling, or sublicensing the materials
• Modifying the story or creating derivative works
• Using the materials for commercial purposes outside classroom instruction

A separate license is required for district-wide or multi-teacher use.

4. Ownership

All materials are protected by U.S. copyright law and owned exclusively by Dual Destiny Publishing, LLC. No ownership rights are transferred.

5. Duration

This license is perpetual for the purchasing educator, provided all terms are followed. If the educator changes schools or districts, the license remains with the educator.

6. Violations

Unauthorized sharing or distribution may result in license revocation and legal remedies under U.S. copyright law.
